This past Friday night your Grand Rapids Chrisitan JV Eagles met the Hudsonville Eagles at Eagle Stadium in a great game, losing 5-6. Grand Rapids Christian fought from behind the entire night, leading the game 4-5 with a minute and half to go. Unfortunately, Hudsonville was on their game and came away with the win.
Each member of the team dug deep in this game, tirelessly running the field against a team with enough players to completely switch out their team on a regular basis. Our Eagles never slowed down and continued to persist.
Scoring for your Eagles were Rylee Anderson, Lilah Jabara and Makena Nyhuis. Amazing offensive support was given by Jaline Henderson, Cassidy Holtz, Ava Leder and Esther King.
Your Eagles meet Hudsonville on the road this Wednesday and play Grand Haven at home on Friday night.
