Michael Cool
Parents: Scott Cool and Dawn Hommerson

Michael wrestled for three years. He plans on attending a college next year with a film and wrestling program. His favorite wrestling memory is the entirety of his senior year which includes placing third at St Ignace Tournament. Another wrestling memory is the notorious body slam at St Ignace. His favorite school memory includes his time with his acting friends and wrestling teammates. Michael is proud of the four short films he helped make in high school as well as his wrestling accomplishments. His advice to younger teammates is to stay humble. At the end of the day, it is all just a game and there is no need to crash out over a loss and ruin your day.

Isaac Sung
Parents: David and Lisa Sung

Isaac wrestled for three years and is a team captain. Isaac plans on attending a four-year university, majoring in either business management or finance. He has been accepted to the University of Michigan and is a Jack Kent Cook Scholarship recipient as well as a Dubois International finalist. His favorite wrestling memory is learning a double leg during open mats with the upperclassmen. His favorite school memory is skipping school with friends for free
Chipotle and Krispy Kreme. The thing he enjoys most about wrestling is post-weigh-in meals and the taste of cold water. His advice to teammates is to be excited to wrestle kids better than you.

Parker Will
Parents: Kent and Liz Will.

Parker wrestled for three years. His post high school plans include either welding or law enforcement. Parker earned his welding certificate this year. His favorite wrestling memory is the annual trip to St Ignace. His favorite school memory will be graduating. The thing Parker likes most about wrestling is that you cannot blame anyone else for a loss but yourself. His advice to younger teammates is to study your losses and take advice from other wrestlers. Also, don’t get caught in a spladle.

From Coach Dykema:
This group of seniors is a part of the team that had it’s first 10+ win season in over a decade.  Their hard work and dedication helped laid the foundation for future classes to have even more success.  All three of them worked hard to get better and wrestling and more importantly, to become better people.  I know that they will succeed in whatever future endeavors they may have.
