• Highlight or favorite memory:  Listening to music on the speaker with my teammates during warmups sophomore year
• Advice for 9th grade self: I would tell him to be more present in each moment at practice. To push himself harder every rep. But that being more present doesn't just include the times when it's time to work hard, but also when it’s time to laugh and joke around. Don't spend your time at practice thinking about what you're going to do when you get home. Take the time to be fully present in each moment because time passes faster than you think.

One of the things that makes track & field so special is the incredible variety of events. From throws to sprints, jumps to distance races, our seniors made their mark across every corner of the program this season.

This outstanding group of seniors set the tone through their hard work, perseverance, leadership, and sportsmanship. They encouraged teammates, mentored younger athletes, and helped create a positive team culture that made everyone around them better.

Whether competing in their own events, cheering from the sidelines, or offering advice at practice, these seniors played an important role in the success and growth of our program. Their impact reaches far beyond the points they scored.

Thank you for the example you set and the legacy you leave behind. You will be greatly missed, and Eagle Track & Field is better because of you.
