The Grand Rapids Christian hockey team lost their game today to Midland Dow 4-1. Midland struck first in the first period. Sam VanSchepen scored for the Eagles later in the first period to tie the game up at one. Benj Bultema and Corbin Venckus assisted on the goal. That was all the offense the Eagles could create. Midland scored later in the first, and added another goal in the second and third as they proved to be too much for the Eagles. Noah Herzhaft had 38 saves in the losing effort.
