The freshman girls volleyball team beat East Grand Rapids in three sets on Thursday. The Eagles had an early lead and maintained it in the first set to win 25-19. However, the Pioneers fought back in the second and took that set 25-15. The Eagles started the third set with strong serves from Ella Jansen and Ava Baker to contribute to their 15-5 win.
