The Eagles get a conference road win against the Lowell Red Arrows.  The Eagles continue to be shorthanded missing three players (two of whom are starters) but still found a way to compete.  The Eagles started out slow finishing the first quarter 18-14. The Eagles continue to stress team defense and team play to overcome their personnel challenges.  This would help them take a 39-25 lead in at the half.  The Eagles continued to generate offense through their tough defense.  The Eagles pulled away in the third quarter playing with great energy and scoring in transition ending the quarter 53-37.  Going into the fourth quarter the Eagles held the Red Arrows to only four points and closed out the game with a final score of 67- 40.  This was a great team effort and big win for the Eagles who are now 6-2 this season.

Senior Donovan Brown-Boyd was in double figures with 17 points 11 rebounds while senior Sam VerSteeg chipped in with 12 points.  Christian Baty contributed 8 points and 9 rebounds.  Juniors Chase Jackson, Nick Cassiday, and Delon McCloud chipped in with 8 points each.  The Eagles will host the Pioneers from East Grand Rapids Saturday.
