The Eagles worked hard for the entire 5k and were rewarded with many strong performances and great kicks to finish. Pulling away at the end were seniors Tinsae Nelson and Ben Zwart both with PR's to take first and second. Sophmore Dylan Clark and Freshman Simon Triezenberg (PR too ) each blazed the last 200 passing an opponent and taking 12th and 13th. Next came Junior Reubing Wiering and Sophomore Joe Waalkes out-kicking another opponent and beating him by less than 1 second and finishing 16th and 17th. Rounding out the Eagles top 7 was Sophomore Jonathan Koetje in 36th with a PR time of 18:25. Other Eagles earning a new PR were Armand Arakaza, Max Damstra, Tyler Davis, Keegan Hoekstra, Peter Kuperus, Parker VanHill, Jacob Voetberg, and Luke Witte.
