Girls Cross Country Wins OK White Jamboree #1

In a display of grit and determination, the Grand Rapids Christian girls cross country team secured its first OK White Jamboree win of the season, overcoming recent setbacks and adverse conditions. Competing in wet, windy, and somewhat humid conditions, the Eagles rose to the occasion and demonstrated the depth of the team. This win is a testament to the team's hard work and its unified effort when it matters most!
The team was led by Ellie Scholma (4th), Zoe Hoekstra (5), Maggie Scholma (15th), Joy Van Wyk (16th), and Eva Lindstrom (18).
Special shout-out to Willa Peterson, Lillian Wilke, June Acheson, Kate Triezenberg, and Natalia Oren for running a personal record (PR) on a tough day!
The Eagles are back in action at the Christian School Invite on Saturday.
