Girls Varsity Cross Country Takes 3rd at the Otsego Bulldog Invitational

The championship phase of the season is coming soon, and the Grand Rapids Christian girls' cross country team showed that they will be ready. At the competitive Otsego Bulldog XC Invitational, featuring the top four-ranked D2 teams in the state, the Eagles delivered a performance defined by tenacity, depth, and personal bests. This meet served as a state championship preview, challenging our athletes against the best competition Michigan has to offer. Despite competing without one of our critical top runners due to illness, the Eagles fought valiantly, securing an impressive 3rd place finish overall.
The Otsego course became a launching pad for the entire squad, resulting in an unprecedented number of personal records (PRs) - many of which were long-standing goals finally conquered:
