Boys Golf Finishes 4th in Jamboree

Eagles had a tough last three holes as a team yesterday at Kent Country Club. We ended up tied for 3rd with FHC. For the fourth consecutive Jamboree, placement came down to 5th score tie breaker, and GRC lost that battle with FHC so we finished fourth. Leading the Eagles was Cooper Reitsma shooting a 2-under 34 (medalist) in tough conditions on a challenging golf course. Also scoring for the Eagles was Ty Erickson (38), Charlie Stehouwer (42) and Sawyer O'Grady (44). Grayson Kooienga also shot 44.
The Eagles are in second place in the league overall. They look to continue to improve and are excited for the annual trip to the Loop Classic at Forest Dunes where they are the reigning champions from 2024 and 2025. Go Eagles!
