Senior Day at Muskegon Country Club

The five seniors were all in the lineup together at the Tom Wilson Invitational. The boys had one last day to play together before tournament time begins. It was 30mph wind and a very challenging course layout that made it a great challenge for the boys. The Eagles were led by Cooper Reitsma who shot 76 (T5th overall), Sawyer O'Grady (79) Ty Erickson (84) and Luke Olney (88), while Davis Hutt shot 90.
We are grateful to our seniors and look forward to honoring them with our play going forward the rest of the season. As they graduate tonight and complete their HS academic careers, we hope to finish strong and complete their golf careers on June 7 afer the second day of the state finals. The conference championship is Thursday at Thornapple Pointe, and the Regional finals are Wednesday May 27 at Clearbrook GC in Saugatuck. Finals are at The Meadows at GVSU on June 6 & 7.
