On Friday night the girls varsity volleyball team defeated Kingsley in the state semi final at Kellogg Arena. The scores from the match were 25-21, 25-14 and 25-10. Stat leaders for the match were Jordyn Gates with 28 assists and 15 digs, Addie VanderWeide with 19 kills and 9 digs, Lauren Peal with 3 aces and 11 digs and Ayva Kooistra with 3 blocks. The Eagles would go on to face Lake Odessa Lakewood in the State Finals on Saturday night.
