Varsity Boys Lacrosse
It was a back-and-forth battle with the Eagles taking an early lead 2-0 off two back-to-back goals by Senior Hayden Zimmerman in his first game back with the team after taking the spring off to play with Team Michigan for hockey. Assists on those ginos went to Jake Eaton. The game went back and forth with the Rockets scoring a go-ahead goal with 24 seconds left in the first half. The Eagles were never able to regain altitude, and ended up losing 11 to 14. The boys battled hard and this was the most productive game of the season on the offensive side of the ball. Points leaders for the tilt had Jake Eaton with (1) goal and (4) assists for (5) points, Hayden Zimmerman with (3) goals and (2) assists for (5) points, Brock Grieve with (3) goals and (1) assist for (4) points, and Luke Afman finding the back of the net (4) times and dishing (1) assist for (5) points. Collin Wildman also had (2) assists for (2) points.
