The JV soccer team beat Catholic Central 3-0 last night. Peter Van Wyk opened the scoring for the Eagles early in the first half following a great set piece delivery by Simon Borst. Five minutes later, Marcus Jenkins made it 2-0 with a calm and collected finish in the ln the bottom corner. Moses Hapner put the game to bed late in the second half with a left footed finish. In net for the Eagles, Nico Mucci had 5 saves and Soren Mayer had 4. The team will look to carry to momentum to Thursday’s 4:00 game @ Ottawa Hills.
