The Eagles continued their offensive dominance in game two vs Ottawa Hills 23-4 victory. Rae Cummings picked up the win in the circle, going three innings while allowing five hits and four runs (two earned). She struck out six and didn’t walk a batter.

The Eagles racked up 12 runs in the opening inning, setting the tone early. Maren Leech’s two-run single kicked off the scoring before Mora added a two-run single of her own. Keira Porte and Addie Rodenhouse each drove in runs with singles, Alexis Willis laced a run-scoring triple, and Rae Cummings brought in two more with a triple. Mora added two RBIs on a groundout later in the inning, and Porte drew a walk to plate the twelfth run.

The bats stayed hot in the second as Grand Rapids Christian plated 11 more runs on seven hits. Greta Holman’s three-run double was the big blow of the inning, followed by RBI hits from Ellie VandeGriend, Mora, Rodenhouse, and Reese Mersman. A dropped third strike allowed another run to score, and Megan Afman’s bases-loaded walk plus a steal of home capped the inning.

In total, the Eagles tallied 16 hits. Rodenhouse led the team with a perfect 3-for-3 performance and one RBI. Mora, VandeGriend, Mersman, Porte, and Cummings each collected two hits as well, showing the team's depth. Holman, Leech, and Willis each had one hit. The lineup also remained patient at the plate, drawing nine walks—Holman and Cummings earning two apiece.
