The Girls JV Volleyball team had an outstanding opening weekend, finishing as the runner-up at the East Kentwood Tournament. The team earned victories over Hudsonville and NorthPointe Christian before defeating Grandville to advance to the championship match against Rockford.
Sophia led the offense with 13 kills, followed closely by Liza with 12. From the service line, Liza was dominant with 11 aces, while Aubrey added 8 of her own. Defensively, Jori anchored the back row, recording an impressive 26 perfect serve receive passes on the day.
This was a huge team effort, with every player contributing to the strong start of the season and showcasing the talent and teamwork that will carry them forward.
