The Eagles freshmen team battled hard on Tuesday night but came up just short, falling in a tight three-set match to the Hudsonville Eagles. Ava Worst and Maddie Postma each tallied 5 kills, with Worst also adding a block at the net. Oakleigh Visker and Claire Waelke served up 2 aces apiece, while Sophie Plantinga anchored the defense with 4 digs. The Eagles will be back in action Tuesday at home against Forest Hills Eastern.
