Eagles Lose: -
The Eagles Boys Bowling finished their season on Saturday competing in the Regional Individual Tournament.  Joey Rauwerda and Dream Kwon had a solid day, but came up a little short on making the cut in a very strong field.  Nice job by all the boys.  Looking forward to next season.

The Grand Rapids Christian Eagles Boys Bowling wrapped up their team play on Friday competing in the Regional Team Event.  The boys met up with some tough competitors and finished up the tournament in 13th place.

The Grand Rapids Christian Eagle Boys Bowling completed in the OK Green/Gold Conference tournament.  Despite some solid play, the boys finished 8th in the conference.  The tournament wraps up the regular season play.  Post season starts February 28-29 with Regionals.

Eagles Lose: 1 - 29
After the Grand Rapids Christian tied Unity at their home earlier in the season, Unity came charged and ready to roll with our Eagles.  Gabe Dorner fired a nice 205 taking our only point in a loss 1-29.  The Eagles celebrated the last regular match for our seniors, Mason Kuitula, Adam Baker, Eric Ries, Taylor Martin, and Mandi Li.

The Grand Rapids Christian Eagles Boys Bowling jumped out to an early lead over the Wayland Wildcats.  Dream Kwon (200) and Mason Kuitula (213) shot very well in the second regular match in a strong win 22-8.

Eagles Lose: 5 - 25
Adam Baker and Arrien Heetebrijs joined up with the varsity squad for the match vs. the Trojans yesterday.  The boys grabbed a Baker game early, but Thornapple Kellogg surged back to win the match 5-25.

Eagles Lose: 8 - 22
The boys jumped out to an early lead over the Hawks taking the first Baker game.  Forest Hills rallied to take the lead in the second Baker and took the first regular game.  The Eagles were not out of it and fought to stay with them.  Jerry LuRue fired off a great 197 game, however our Eagles came up short 26 pin in a 8-22 loss.  Way to keep at it boys.

The Grand Rapids Christian Eagles boys team shot well on Saturday with Dream Kwon firing a 244 game, 604 series during regular matches and winning him 8th place in overall individual scores.   The continued to shoot well during Baker matches including a very nice 223 game.  The nice shooting qualified the boys for bracket elimination.  Seeded against the #1 team, Kenowa Hills HS, the boys went toe to toe during the first Baker game 146-150.  However, Kenowa Hill hit their stride in the second game to knock our Eagles out shooting us 163-208.  Nice job to all the boys!  Fire Up Eagles!

Eagles Lose: 6 - 24
The Grand Rapids Christian Eagles Boys fell to Byron Center High School.  After jumping out to an early lead taking the first Baker gam, the Byron Center boys rallied to come back to and take the match.  Levi Herrema shot a nice 213 in the final game.

Eagles Lose: 9 - 21
After a strong start in the Baker Matches taking the first match with a solid 205  The Eagles Boys Bowling team bowled well in the individual matches with Gabe Dorner shooting a nice 196.  Unfortunately, the Wolves out pace our Eagles slightly to take the match 9-21.  A well shot game by the boys, just a little short in the individual matches.

The Grand Rapids Christian Eagles Boys Bowling jumped out to an early lead by taking the first Baker Match.  The Sailors bounced back and took the match 4-26 despite solid games by Dream Kwon and Mason Kuitula.

Eagles Win: 21 - 9
The Grand Rapid Christain Eagles Boys Bowling executed a well play match verses Zeeland High School.  The boys swept the Baker matches with a very nice 242 in the second game.  Mason Kuitula and Levi Herrrema both had nice games shooting 218 and Gabe Dorner fire off a great 233 to close the night out.  The boys won the match 21-9.  Nice shooting boys!

Eagles Lose: 15 - 15
After a slow start by the Grand Rapids Christian Eagles Boys, the Unity Christian Crusaders swept the Baker games,  During the individual matches, a strong return from Wintrim for Mason Kuitula (189-171), a solid second game by Levi Herrema (176), and tenacious play by the rest of the boys nearly swept the individual matches to result in a tie 15-15.  Nice job keeping at it Boys.

Eagles Lose: 14 - 16
Brad Szotko and Joey Rauwerda both fired consistent games each taking both their points during regular matches with Joey shooting a nice 200 in his final game.  The Grand Rapids Christian Boys fought a hard battle against Wayland with a final pin count difference of only 2 pins.  The very small difference resulted in a tough loss 14-16.

The Grand Rapids Christian Eagles ran into a very tough Thornapple Kellogg Trojan team today.  The boys mixed it up with them but fell to the Trojans 2-28.

Eagles Lose: 13 - 17
A strong start during the Baker matches, the Grand Rapids Christian Eagles swept the Hawks to a 10 point lead.  Unfortunately, the Forest Hills Hawks rallied to come back during individual matches to outmatch the Eagles 17-13.  A nice showing by Joey Rauwerda taking all his points with a solid 340 series.  Congratulation for Arrien Heetebrijs for joining the Varsity Squad for his first match scoring his record high game.

The Grand Rapids Christian Eagles Boys bowling fell to the Byron Center Dawgs.  After a decent start taking 4 point in the Baker matches, Mason Kuitula scored the only point regular games.

Eagles Win: 24 - 6
Gabe Dorner  and Dream Kwon led the Eagles to a solid win over the Pioneers.  Gabe shot 222 and shot strikes 3 out four during Baker games and Dream had a 213 in the first individual match to win over East Grand Rapids 24 -6.

The boys started strong in baker matches with a win over Wyoming in the first match.  Wyoming rebounded in individual play with Joey Rauweda and Dream Kwon having solid score to secure two additional points.  Resulting in a loss to Wyoming 8-22.

Grand Rapids Christian Eagles went toe to toe against South Christian High School.  Brad Szotko started out the boys with a nice 208.  Unfortunately, the Sailors slipped past the Eagles by 57 pins.

The Grand Rapids Eagles bowled a strong Zeeland team.  Levi Heerema started the individual matches with at solid 200.  However, Zeeland defeated the the boys 26-4.

The Eagles Varsity Bowling Team kicked off the season at the Wyoming Invitational at Eastbrook Lanes on Saturday morning.  The boys started out in the 8th position and battled all morning to maintain their spot.  Unfortunately, the Eagles just missed the cut by slipping to the 9th position, only missing by 104 pins.  This young team put out a great effort showing they can compete with anyone in our Conference.
