The Eagles headed to Forest Hills Northern, missing a few key players. However, that didn’t stop them from competing at a high level. The Eagles came out of the gate with intensity, putting up 19 points in the opening quarter while holding the Huskies to just 11 points. From the very first possession, the Eagles' defense set the tone, creating opportunities and shutting down Huskies’ offense. By the end of the 1st quarter, the Eagles held a commanding 19-11 lead.

In the 2nd quarter, the Eagles continued their defensive dominance, allowing the Huskies to only 9 points. Meanwhile, their balanced offensive attack propelled them to a 39-20 halftime lead. The combination of relentless defensive pressure and scoring showcased the team’s growth and next man up mentality.

Coming out of halftime, the Huskies found some rhythm offensively. The Eagles would start the 3rd quarter with a lack of focus defensively, which allowed the Huskies to outscore the Eagles to win the quarter 23-17 but the Eagles were still in control 56-43. The 4th quarter was a battle between both teams but the Eagles would get some big stops defensively and knocked down some big free throws to close out the game. The Eagles secured their second straight win with a hard-fought 68-57 victory.

Eagles would have four players score in double figures, led by Tyler Davis's 18 points. Carl Thompson would pour in a 15-point performance. Braylon Taylor added 14 points and Ador Mawut rounded out the balanced attack with 12 points.
