It was senior night at the Quest Center where the Eagles were taking on the East Grand Rapids Pioneers. The Eagles would start five seniors who would keep it close in the 1st quarter 10-8 with the Pioneers ahead. In the 2nd quarter, the Pioneers would catch fire scoring 26 points in that quarter while holding the Eagles to 14 points. The Eagles defensive lapses would prove be costly going into halftime down 36-22. 

The Eagles were hoping to make some adjustments at halftime to counter the Pioneers surge in the 2nd quarter. The Eagles just couldn't seem to put any offensive runs to together while their defense continued to struggle to stop the Pioneers.  It was a fifteen point game going into the 4th quarter with the Pioneers taking a convincing 55-35 point lead. The Eagles would find a way to put the ball in the basket winning the 4th quarter but the deficit was to much to much to overcome. The Pioneers would win with a final score of 72-59.

Despite the loss, the Eagles would have multiple players in the scoring column. Carl Thompson would lead the Eagles with 20 points. Will Doezema chipped in with 10 points. Connor Johnson, Tyler Davis and Braylon Taylor all would finish with 6 points apiece.
