FOREST HILLS NORTHERN HIGH: 43
The Eagles and the Huskies came out ready to battle Friday night. From the start the Eagles found themselves behind, but they fought hard to stay in the game. Going into halftime down 5 they decided not to give up and they took over on defense right away. They were able to lockdown as a defensive unit and Zion Belcher-Arill took over on offense sinking her 3rd and 4th 3 pointers in the third. Belcher-Arill finished with 20 as the high scorer and Katelyn LaRue added needed ball movement and also 12 points. LaRue and Belcher-Arill also went nearly spotless from the foul line in the second half. It was a great team comeback at primetime Friday night. The Eagles are back to competition at Greenville on Tuesday night.
