Boys Varsity Cross Country Finish 2nd at OK White Jamboree #2

Despite a focus on the Portage Invitational this coming weekend, the Men’s Cross Country team ran a strong race at the second OK White Jamboree, finishing only three points behind Forest Hills Central. The two teams are now tied for the league title, which will be determined at the Conference Championships on October 16. The team was led by Simon Triezenberg’s controlled run, finishing in 5th place. Sean Ryan, Keegan Hoekstra, and Micah Small finished in a pack at positions 12-14. James Scholten-Holcomb, Zach Hartemink (with a 9-second PR), and Ashton Fink rounded out the Eagle's top 7. Parker VanHill ran a season's best.
