Girls Varsity Golf vs. OPEN

The girls varsity golf team traveled to Bedford Valley on Tuesday to play on the course where the DIII state championships are going to be held. The team placed third at this Invitational 18 hole tournament shooting a 364 and placing strongly against a field of solid MIchigan golf programs. The team was led by Lily O'Grady's 76, Jane Snyder's 93, Molly Hassenrik's 94 and Kiera Bishop's 99. The most amazing part of the day was Kiera Bishop recording an amazing hole-in-one on hole #12 of the Bedford Valley Golf Course which is a 97 yard par 3 that she aced with a pitching wedge! Congratulations to Kiera and to the whole team on a solid performance that we will keep building on!
The team plays next vs South Christian at Railside on Wednesday.
