The Eagles welcomed our neighbors from Ottawa Hills for a Friday night match at the stadium.   The home side was determined to come out on the front foot and build some confidence in front of goal.   Charley Hassenrik would open the scoring just a few minutes into the match with a well-placed effort to the far post.   Not long after, Iris Morgan would find the back of the net with a one-time finish from a Zuly Lathouwers assist.   After an own-goal from the visitors, Molly Hassenrik would add to the scoreline to make it 4-0.  Kate VandenBerg would then join the list of goal-scorers as she made it 5 for the hosts.  Ava Barton would slot one home to the far post from a Charley Hassenrik assist to make it 6-0.  The Eagles would add goals from Julia Timmer and Kaitlynn Trook to expand the list of goal-scorers.  Not to be outdone, Katie Martin would head home the final goal off a perfect corner kick from fellow freshman Chloe Willis with just seconds remaining in the half.   The Eagles would celebrate the victory with 8 different goal scorers on the night.   Addie Werdon earned the clean sheet in goal.  

The Eagles return to action when they travel to Forest Hills Central on Monday night at 6:45.
