The Grand Rapids Christian volleyball team played Catholic Central on Wednesday night in the district semi finals. The scores were 25-18, 25-15 and 25-15. Stat leaders for the night were Addie VanderWeide with 24 kills, 1 ace, 2 blocks and 9 digs, Evie Doezema with 10 kills, 1 block and 3 digs, Kate Breems with 4 kills, 2 blocks, and 2 digs, Makenzie Ritsema with 3 kills and 1 block, Lauren Peal with 2 aces, 1 assist and 17 digs, Alyssa DeVries with 4 aces, 1 block, 39 assits and 11 digs, Abby Ames with 3 aces and 1 dig,Liz Rupp with 12 digs and Emerson Williams with 10 digs. The Eagles will play Forest Hills Eastern on Nov 5th at West Catholic at 6:00pm. The Eagles are now 25-4.
