The Eagles dominated early on, taking a 2-0 lead, but Forest Hills Eastern fought back, reducing the deficit to 2-2. In a tense finale, the Eagles took the last set with a 15-11 victory.

The Eagles dominated on offense with 45 total kills and an overall hitting percentage of .252. The Eagles were led by Grace Goodyke with 17 kills followed by Kayden Warren with 10. Madison Peal and Grace Spoelma took charge on defense with 17 digs a piece. A big contributor to the Eagles success was blocking, the team finished the match with an incredible 17 total blocks led by Kayden Warren with 6, Savannah Bol with 5, and Hanna Bredeweg with 4.
