GR Christian scored five runs in the second on its way to a 7-1 victory over Northview on Wednesday. Kyle Remington, Ty Uchman, and Jackson Isaacs each drove in runs during the inning.
The Eagles got on the board in the second inning when Remington doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.
Uchman pitched the Eagles to victory. The pitcher went six innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out four. Cannon Paul threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
The Eagles racked up eight hits. Isaacs, Uchman, and Remington all managed multiple hits. The win improves the Eagles to 6-0.
