GREENVILLE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 0
GR Christian defeated Greenville 13-0 on Thursday as three pitchers combined to throw a shutout.
The Eagles secured the victory thanks to nine runs in the fourth inning. The offensive firepower was led by Jackson Isaacs, Cam Seth, Luke Gelderloos, Joey Lukezich, Kyle Remington, and Isaacs, all knocking in runs in the inning.
In the first inning, the Eagles got their offense started. Ty Uchman hit an inside the park solo homer.
Isaacs got the win on the bump. The pitcher surrendered zero runs on zero hits over two innings, striking out four. Josh Winkle and Kileen entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in
Uchman, Remington, and Seth each collected multiple hits for the Eagles. Seth, Remington, and Uchman all had two hits. The win improves the Eagles to 14-2 and 10-1 in the OK White.
