Boys Varsity Baseball lose both games in Hudsonville Quad

GRC Varsity Eagles Fall to Hudsonville 4-8
GRC lost the first game of Saturday's tournament 4-8. Hudsonville scored 5 runs in the 5th inning and the Eagles couldn’t come back. Cannon Paul, Breckton Meeuwsen, and Parker Seth each had an RBI for GRC.
Eagles Claw Back, But Fall Just Short Against Mattawan 4-5
After scoring 2 runs in the bottom of the 7th inning to go down by just one run, the Eagles were not able to bring in the tying run. The final score of game 2, GRC 4 - Mattawan 5. Parker Seth led the offense, going 2 for 2 at the plate with an RBI. Ben DeYoung threw 4 great relief innings. The junior pitcher only surrendered 1 hit and struck out 4 hitters over his 4 innings of relief.
