The JV Eagles got on the board in the first inning after Dane Fitzgibbon knocked in a run via sacrifice fly. Then the lead grew in the second inning with a second run. The Comets came back in the fourth and fifth innings after tying the Eagles. Will Ferwerda led the Eagles with two hits as Fitzgibbon, Ferwerda, and Henry Meyer each drove in one run.
