The JV Eagles improved to 9-0 with a 62-38 win over the East Grand Rapids Pioneers. The Eagles really defended the Pioneers offensive set exactly how they prepped for them.
Jonas VanderWoude led the Eagles with 23 points and 6 assists. Josh Winkle contributed 10 points and 4 rebounds. Malachi Hooser played tremendous defense and a great all around game, finishing with 4 points, 6 assists and 5 steals.
The Eagles travel to Greenville on Tuesday for a 5:30pm tip.
