The boys JV basketball team traveled to Byron Center Friday night for their first conference game. The Eagles wanted to come out in the first half and compete. They did just that leading at halftime 26-18. In the second half the Eagles outscored Byron Center 33-18. The Eagles won 59-36.
Connor Johnson lead the Eagles with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Will Dozema chipped in with 10 points and 10 rebounds. The Eagles will travel to Cornerstone University Monday night at 5:30pm to take on Grand Rapids Catholic Central.
