The Eagles faced a much improved Catholic Central side as they looked to complete their undefeated season on Monday night. The Eagles dominated possession, but struggled to create chances at the beginning of the game. Beckett Nieuwenhuis finally broke down the Catholic Central defense after finishing on a rebound. The Eagles took the 1-0 lead into half time. In the second half, the Eagles came out with a new energy. Gerrit Boer confidently struck a shot from 25 yards that flew into the top left corner. It was Gerrit Boer again, who played a beautiful 1-2 pass, and with great composure slotted it home past the Catholic Central goalie. Will Gruennert took a defender on, and hit a beautiful cross in to Alex Nelson who scored the Eagles final goal. Soren Mayer recorded the shut out, as the Eagles soared to a 4-0 victory.
