GR Christian played East Grand Rapids Tuesday night. The fans who came out to see the game were entertained. It was a back and forth game with East Grand Rapids jumping out to a 23-15 halftime lead. The Eagles came out in the 2nd half and made a run to tie the game at the end of the 4th and to send the game into overtime. In overtime, it was a back and forth game with each team making plays. In the end the Eagles fell 55-54 in overtime. The Eagles were lead by Tyler Porte with 14 points and Dono Thames with 13. GR Christian will travel to Forest Hill Eastern Friday night for a 5:30pm contest.
