The Eagles pushed Greenville into extra innings, with a strong come back scoring 6 in the bottom of the 6th. The eagles defense was unable to hold the runners in the top of the 8th, giving up 7 for Greenville to take the win 13-19. Rae Cummings started things off on the mound. She gave up 6 hits, 10 runs (8 earned), 7 walks, and 3 strikeouts. Jaslene McWilliams came in for relief surrendering 7 hits, 8 runs (4 earned), 2 walks, and 2 strikeouts. 

At the plate the eagles outhit Greenville but left too many runners stranded. Leading the team was Ellie VandeGriend with 3 hits, a single, a double, and a homerun (over the centerfield fence), 3 RBIS, and scored 3 runs. Rae Cummings and Alexis Willis also had 3 hits. Cummings had 2 singles and a triple, and Willis had 3 singles. Each having two hits were Greta Holman and Jaslene McWilliams. Each having one hit were Karina Mora, Keira Porte, and Anna VanHeulen.
