The Eagles had a big meet in Grandville last night - we competed well and came out just short of Grandville with a score of 82.5 (Grandville 103.5). Some highlights from the meet are below:

• Daria Vander Griend PRd in her 50 freestyle. Nice job Daria!
• Katherine Brandt dropped a second in her 200 freestyle, finishing with a 2:25.
• Maeve Harkness won the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle.
• Veda Harkness took first please in the 100 fly, just missing a state cut with a 1:03.82.
• Maddie Mills finished her 200 freestyle in 2:06, a state qualifying time!
• Juliana Mills won the 100 back with a 1:03.82. Good swim Juliana!
• Hannah Campaigner swam the 4 free relay for the first time!
• Julia Benthem got a season best in 100 free touching the wall at 1:02.79
• Ella Vliem and Lilly Kate Devries competed 403c for the first time this season! Yay divers!
• Braylon VanDenend swam her first relay.
• Our medley relay of Juliana Mills, Elizabeth Doezema, Veda Harkness, and Maeve Harkness took 1st place with a 2:02.40.
• Lucy Molenbeek dropped 10 second on her 500 freestyle. Way to go Lucy!
• Emily Vander Heide got season best on 50 free.
