Over the past four months, it is incredible to think of all the things that our team has accomplished. This season our team walked away with the title of D3 Invitational runners up, a strong dual meet record, conference meet runners up, and a top 10 finish at the MHSAA D3 state meet! 

This past weekend we traveled to the State Finals and had some great performances: 

-Our 200 Medley Relay made up of Juliana Mills, Elizabeth Doezema, Veda Harkness, and Maeve Harkness took 14th place, swimming a 1:56.71. 

-Maddie Mills swam a strong 200 Yard Freestyle, placing 9th in the state with a time of 2:00.34. 

-Maeve Harkness took on the 50 Yard Freestyle, placing 13th, with a time of 25.64. 

-Veda Harkness swam a 59.75 in the 100 Yard Fly, landing her a 9th place finish.

-Maddie Mills also took on the 500 Yard Freestyle on Saturday, placing 9th with a time of 5:27.05. 

-Our 400 Freestyle Relay made up of Maddie Mills, Ali Buist, Lucy Molenbeek, and Anneke Nederveld had an amazing performance, landing a time of 3:53.43, a 13th place finish. 

-Beatrice Volkema made it past all of the diving cuts and placed 9th in the state with a score of 318.75. 

-Juliana Mills swam an incredible 100 Yard Fly, touching the wall at 59.31. This time put her in second place in the state, earning her an all-state performance!

-Emily Setlock nailed 11 dives over two days, scoring 338.30 and putting her at 4th place,  earning her an all-state performance!

We are so proud of the hard work that this group of ladies has put in over the last 4 months. Go Eagles!!
