The JV Eagles demonstrated a balanced and determined team effort Wednesday night. Leading the charge was Adelyn Breuninger, who was a force on both ends of the court. With a game-high 13 points, she also contributed multiple steals and assists.
Defensively, Alexis Willis was a standout, posing a constant threat to the opposing offense. Not only did she lock down defensively, but she also added 11 points. The fearless freshmen Braylon VanDenend, Iris Morgan, and Elyssa Haley each contributed valuable baskets and put pressure on the Rangers to help set the tone throughout the game.
The Eagles’ all-around performance was a testament to their teamwork and commitment in a strange week.
