Girls JV Lacrosse came back to defeat Mattawan 10-9 in an exciting battle on Monday night. 

With 3 minutes to go, and down by 2, your Eagles fought back to win in the final minutes of the game. This team again showed its persistence and versatility, playing without subs and missing two of our regular defenders. With Glory Afolabi in the goal, veteran defender Georgia Mersman was an integral part of our defense as she has been all season. She was partnered with various attackers and mids throughout the game rotating into defense. Scoring for your Eagles were Rylee Anderson, Jaline Henderson, Lila Jabara, Esther Kissinger, and Makena Nyhuis. 

This was the final game of your JV Eagles season, wrapping it up with an 8-4 record. Congrats to this amazing group of Eagles on an amazing season of growth on the field!
