The Grand Rapids Christian Freshman Volleyball Team tied for second place at the Calvin Christian Invitational on Saturday, September 23rd. The Eagles split their first match against Kent City, and then had a solid win over Comstock Park. The Eagles came up short against West Catholic, but had another dominating win over Black River. To finish the tournament, the girls lost a close match to Hudsonville, but had a strong win over Calvin Christian to secure second place. The Eagle's next match is Tuesday, September 26th against Northview High School at home.
