This past Saturday, the Boys’ Track and Field team delivered a dominant performance at the Houseward Invitational—also known as the Christian Schools Meet—hosted by Unity Christian High School. Competing against a strong field of 14 Christian schools from across the Midwest, the Eagles rose to the occasion and claimed first place with a commanding 100 points, outpacing host Unity Christian, who finished second with 88.5 points.

The day was filled with standout performances and numerous personal bests. Highlights included event victories from:

• Aaron Gholston – 100m (11.38)
• Sean Ryan – 1600m (4:39.72)
• 4x100m Relay – 44.93 (Aaron Gholston, Justin Davis, Charlie King, U’Maree Talley)
• 4x800m Relay – 8:09.51 (Peter Borst, Simon Triezenberg, Sean Ryan, Micah Small)

The Eagles will look to build on this momentum as they return to competition this Tuesday in a dual meet at East Grand Rapids High School.
