Eagles Win: 5 - 3
JV Eagles beat South Christian 5-3 With exhibition matches, overall score was a 7-7 tie.    They improved just like we did. Super proud of you all. That’s a tough place to play. We had to battle for that one. That’s what it takes to win away against a really good team. You can’t just go in someone’s back yard and win. So congratulations to everyone. Even if you fell short. Those were some really good matches.  1D is also 6 Doubles Varsity Conference Champions. They got back their only loss of the season. Leaving zero doubt who was better. Rachel Larsen/Lucy VanDrunen: W 8-2 2D was tested but their patience persevered got it done in a thriller. Great Win! Charline Dahu/Payton Nol: W 9-7  3D It was Monday. Jaine Mills/Carly Barrett: L 0-8  4D Being down just a service break at 5-2. Held serve, broke serve, then never looked back.  Emily VandenBerg/Anna Jacobsen: W 8-6  5D Had a really good match. They were down early but started making a comeback. Proud of the way they competed. DeMoor/Addie B Jung: L 5-8  6D Had a great battle against some really good players. These 2 have only been playing tennis for 9 weeks.  Ainsley Warren/Jori Koons: L 7-9  7D They looked good and comfortable. Winning Big! Ava Baker/Addison Scott: W 8-2  8D The cardiac kids! These 2 always find ways to win. Proved all year they are hard to beat. They gave us the score with a (10-8) win in super tie breaker being down (3-6) Gwynne VanHekken/Olivia Christians: W 9-8 (10-8) Second Round 9D These are also beginner players. But they don’t play like it. Excited to see them progress and play next year.  Emmarie VanOss/Natalie Molenbeek: W8-2 10D Had a great back and forth match. They had their chances against a good pair. Ella Hoekzema/Elyse Heetijbri: L 5-8  11D Played and competed hard. Showing improvement every match. Zion Kwon/Yoyo Yu: L 2-6 12D Played strong and took care of business.
