Read about our Girls Swim and Dive Seniors

Dear Seniors,
Don’t be afraid of the world. It may not always be easy and it may not always go your way. But living a positive life attracts others to be around you, and when you are supported by others there is nothing to be afraid of. Do what you love, love what you do and life will take you to some pretty amazing places.
-Coach Abbey

The team is going to be different each year, and that is the fun part! Take the opportunities to hang out with people outside of your grade, your friend group, and your lane, and build relationships with as many people as you can. Be yourself around the team so they can truly get to know you for who you are! And don't just be a part of the team in/around the pool- acknowledge your teammates at school and outside of practice as well.
