In the final regular season game for the Eagles, they defeated Godwin Heights. The game was A back and forth game all evening. The Eagles were up 1 after the first quarter. At half time, the score was tied 28-28. Both teams struggled on the offensive end. The second half the offense picked up for both teams. The Eagles started moving the ball side to side and started hitting some perimeter shots. After 3, the Eagles led 51-47. The fourth quarter was back and forth, the Eagles were up by three with 19 seconds left in the game. Godwin Heights hit a 3 and forced the game to overtime. Overtime the Eagles took the game over on both ends of the court, outscoring Godwin Heights 13-6. The Eagles defeated Godwin 72-65.
The Eagles got contribution from everyone. Brandon Schepel led the Eagles with 22 points. Amir Nixon added 19 points. Chase Jackson hit some big time 3s and added 12 points. The Eagles finished the season 18-2 overall.
