Tuesday night the varsity volleyball team played Northview in the first round of the conference tournament. The scores were 25-9, 25-12, and 25-12. Stat leaders for the night were Addie VanderWeide with 22 kills, 3 aces, 1 block and 10 digs, Evie Doezema with 5 kills and 1 dig, Stephanie Stewart with 8 kills, 1 ace and 1 block, Lauren Peal with 17 digs, 1 assist, and 2 aces, Alyssa DeVries with 40 assists, 2 digs, 1 kill and 1 block, Kenzie Ritsema with 2 kills and 2 blocks, Kate Breems with 5 kills and 1 dig, Calista Bremer with 1 kill and 2 digs, Abby Ames with 2 aces and 1 dig, Emerson Williams with 4 digs and Liz Rupp with 7 digs and 2 aces. The Eagles will play in round 2 of the conference tournament on Thursday at home at 6:00.
