BYRON CENTER HIGH SCHOOL: 27
The Eagle Girls bowling team lost a close one to Byron Center on last night. The final score ended up a 27.5 - 2.5 loss, however the final score is not representative of how close the match really was played. During the Baker games the Eagles lost 10 points by a mere 30 pins. During the regular games there were 6 head to head matches that were lost by as little as 10-15 pins. The loss was a difference of converting 8 spare over the course of the entire match. Some times the pins just don't fall your way. In the final regular game, Megan Szotko shot 180 and Ruth Diepstra shot 182 Nice shooting girls, we'll get them next time.
