The Girls Varsity team came out firing on all cylinders Tuesday night, ready to win against a tough conference opponent. The Eagles found big stops on defense and ran a patient yet aggressive offense that put the Eagles ahead 12 going into halftime. The big second quarter run was led by freshman Zion Belcher-Arill who scored 12 points in the second. She continued the offensive runs with great rebounds as well and finished as the leading scorer with 21 points. Katelyn LaRue also added some great assists and 16 points, Hannah Sall also had 11. The Eagles will return Friday night against Forest Hills Northern at home.
