The Eagles get their second home win against scrappy Byron Center Bulldogs.  This was the game of the week in the OK-White Conference.  The Eagles came out playing tough defense and setting the tone early.  The Eagles wanted to play an uptempo game and create turnovers off of their defense.  The Eagles were able to take a 12-point lead into halftime leading the Bulldogs 32-20.  The Eagles came out in the third quarter with good energy on defense and opened up 20-point lead.  The Eagles played with more pace in the second half which made it tough for the Bulldogs to defend them.  Final score tonight Eagles 68 Bulldogs 44.  The Eagles got good production from the bench tonight defensively and offensively.  It's still a work in progress getting all of our players on the same page this early in the season.

Tonight every player for the Eagles got into the action.  The Eagles were led by Kobe Bufkin who had 29 points 5 rebounds and 4 assists.  Senior Donovan Brown-Boyd was in double figures with 14 points 6 rebounds while senior Christian Baty chipped in with 10 points.  Eagles are back on the court Saturday home against Holland Christian.
