The Eagles took first in the OK Gold conference finals and with that win won the Gold championship. A very close meet came down to kicks and none more important than the Eagles fourth and fifth runners Jack Peterson and Ben Zwart holding off the fourth and fifth runners of East Grand Rapids to secure the victory. Five Eagles earned first team all conference. They are Seniors Jack Luymes, Ethan Wilstermann, and Graham Kort, Junior Jack Peterson, and Sophomore Ben Zwart. The Eagles compete in the regional meet next Saturday in Allendale.
