The Eagles opened up league play by winning jamboree #1 at Riverside Park Thursday. The Eagles placed all of their top 7 in the top 16 of the race. Simon Triezenberg finished 2nd, Sophmore Sean Ryan had a big PR to finish 6th, Jonathan Koetje was 8th ( PR time), Joe Waalkes 11th, Keegan Hoekstra was 14th, Peter Kuperus 15th, and Dylan Clark 16th. The Eagles scored 41 to EGR in 2nd with 68.
